To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. Refunds will be considered if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, will be required to process your request. Refunds may not be granted for items that show signs of use or are damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Additionally, we require customers to provide an open-box video as proof of the product’s condition at the time of delivery. The video must clearly show the unopened package, its condition, and the unboxing process to verify any issues or defects.

Once your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5–7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending upon your payment mode.
